Our Services

Hidden Beauty provides hair, nail, skin, and spa services. All services are subject to availability and are performed by licensed professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Booking Policy

When booking an appointment, please note:

  • Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full deposit refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours: Deposit may be forfeited
  • No-shows: Full deposit will be forfeited

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A deposit may be required for certain services or first-time clients. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Hidden Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from services or products. Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. We recommend patch tests for color services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
